In the understanding of society we are commonly known that speech is prayer. Then a good greeting hopes will bear fruit of kindness. As teachers, all our words and deeds should be good because they are role models and guides for students. Good habits in speech, attitude, and deeds will have a positive impact on our students.
Labelling and Negative Impact
The term labelling appears in the realm of education, especially social psychology and in relation to the growth and development of a person who affects his life attitudes and behaviors. The term labelling is attached to a person because it arises a justification of the behavior displayed by a person or a social group that can ultimately have a negative impact.
Extreme examples of labelling when pinned on someone include: lazy, naughty, liar, and so on. That would have an effect on his alleged behavior. In his mind when the word slacker is labeled on him then others become disputing his lazy attitude and he will understand that he is indeed lazy and others do not mind his laziness. Likewise, when called a grumpy child, the label legalizes or allows the child to be angry or irritable because it is understandable and allowed by others around him When in fact the alleged or embedded thing is not entirely true or it is just a little behavior that has ever been done but the effect of such embedding will have a negative impact on his growth and development in the future.
Conscious impact of speech
Become a shared awareness as parents or teachers to better understand that what is said to children must have a positive and negative impact on their growth and development. Do not let negative words or sentences that come out of the mouth of parents or educators will become a negative trigger for the attitudes and behaviors of students. We should be accustomed to calling, mentioning, or talking to our students with good sentences with words that give them good meaning as well.

The Power of Patience and the Richness of Appreciation
So as parents and educators must be patient in guiding students with their stages of development. Every time there is a development, although a little bit, it needs to be appreciated, either in learning a language or counting or other lessons. All learning experienced is a process towards the development and growth of children that will influence each other between psychological and mental behavior and the achievement of learning outcomes. That way, we realize the differences of each protégé in school as their own peculiarities. To achieve the best service to students, we must realize that around us there are children who must be looked at properly and it is important to make us understand more about inclusive schools or the inclusivity of children's character.
As parents or educators, it is required to be a positive source to direct the good personalities of our students. Do not let us as parents and educators also make an environment that labels or denounces our students with negative embeddings that will make the behavior of students' attitudes and actions negative. On the contrary, we as parents and educators always strive to provide good and positive words, speech, and embeds so that our students will become children who are able to see themselves will have good self-attitude, behavior, optimism, and creativity.
